Habitations Pilon develops residential projects on Montreal’s South Shore. The company favors a human-scale approach, where each project is designed to meet the real needs of residents and offer sustainable living environments that are well integrated into their surroundings.

Having started out by building one house at a time, Habitations Pilon now develops large-scale neighborhoods with over 800 units, while continuing to give the same importance and attention to detail to each home. To date, Habitations Pilon has contributed to the construction of more than 1,000 homes and continues to grow, with plans for more than 2,500 units over the next few years. Its expertise covers a wide range of projects, including commercial projects, multi-unit dwellings, single-family homes, semi-detached homes, townhouses, and condos for sale and rent.
